From your domain to your first message
You can use professional email before you build a website.

Choose your domain and plan
Use a domain you control or find a new domain. Choose the storage and tools you need, then order through the secure store.

Create your mailboxes
Set up the addresses you want to use. Give people who need separate logins their own mailboxes; confirm address and user options in your account.

Connect the domain
Follow your account's DNS instructions. MX records route incoming email; SPF and DKIM authenticate outgoing mail. Add DMARC as recommended. Use the values supplied for your account.

Sign in and test
Open webmail or the mobile app and test sending and receiving. If you are moving providers, plan the import and DNS change before switching off the old service.

What is the difference between a domain and email hosting?
The domain is the name, such as yourdomain.com. Email hosting provides the mailbox that sends, receives and stores messages at that name. Registering a domain alone does not create a mailbox.
Do I need a website or to move my domain?
You do not need a live website. You need control of the domain's DNS settings so you can connect the email service. A domain registered elsewhere can generally stay there while you update its email records.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Light for a straightforward inbox with 10 GB per user. Pro suits people who want scheduling and entry-level AI tools. Premium adds 50 GB mail storage, more file storage and tools for repeated communication. Ultra offers 100 GB mail storage and the broadest set of AI and business features.
Can I use email on my phone?
Yes. The published plans include Titan apps for iOS and Android, as well as browser-based webmail. Check supported operating-system versions before installing an app.
Can I keep my address and move my existing messages?
If you control the domain, you can recreate the same address on the new service. Titan provides an email import tool for supported source accounts; availability and steps depend on the old provider. Back up important data, keep the old service active during the move and verify the import before cancelling it. See the Titan email import guide.
Will changing email affect my website?
Email and web hosting use different DNS records. An email-only change can leave your website in place. Follow the supplied instructions carefully and preserve the records used by your website and other services.
Are the AI tools included in every plan?
Light does not list AI features. Pro lists 5 Smart Write responses and 5 AI Summary responses; Premium lists 20 and 10 respectively. Ultra lists unlimited responses for both. Confirm the applicable usage terms and reset period in the store.
Is a domain included, and what will I pay at renewal?
